MINING INDUSTRY REHABILITATION

The Quenda technology is rehabilitative at a local and ecosystem wide scale.

The ecological engineering function is applicable to all forms of mining industry rehabilitation in rangeland environments, particularly drilling and road rehabilitation.

The Quenda has the capacity to bridge the gap between physical rehabilitation and ecological function in a simple, low cost and verifiable process.

Ecological function cannot be restored without ecological succession. 

The Quenda engineers rehabilitated areas to allow the process of ecological succession to commence. Quenda variants are currently being developed to not only dig pits but to seed, inoculate with dry fungal rich compost and remotely test the soil for soil carbon.
